Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is a family-run care home group committed to delivering care with compassion, integrity and respect across our homes in the UK. As a Support Worker you will help maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting their dignity and promoting independence at all times.

You will work as part of a focused team to ensure our care services are of a consistently high standard, undertake day-to-day tasks in the home, and report to the Nurse or Senior Support Worker.

Qualifications

• Caring and patient nature required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Previous carer experience preferred but not essential.

About the role

As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times.
