A family-owned care home provider is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Yaxley to uphold the personal care needs of residents while supporting a dynamic care team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior care role and possess strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. You will contribute to care planning and coach support workers, all while promoting resident dignity and independence. Opportunities for personal growth and development are also available.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be working as part of the care team, recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, as well as, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers. With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.
