Job summary

HC-One Care Home is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face for visitors, residents’ families and professionals. You will handle enquiries, provide on-site and telephone assistance, and support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Ability to welcome visitors and handle enquiries with professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support residents, families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, residents’ friends and family, and health/social care professionals.
• Answer enquiries and provide advice and support face to face and by telephone.
• Support Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties and filing.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks independently with initiative and meet deadlines.
