Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing a nursing/residential home.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the home’s staff team, promoting kindness and empathy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CQC and high standards of care.
• Manage the home budget and cost controls to meet financial targets.
• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain/full occupancy.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families and stakeholders.
