Job summary

Achieve together Limited is seeking an experienced Care/Service Manager to oversee daily operations of a high-quality home. You will lead and develop staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and manage budgeting and finances, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes person-centered service delivery, staff motivation, and adherence to Health and Social Care Act requirements. A Level 5 qualification is preferred or willingness to complete.

Qualifications

• Experience as Care/Service/Deputy/Registered Manager.
• Knowledge of Health & Social Care Act and CQC/CIW Fundamental Standards.
• Willingness to complete Level 5 if not held.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
