Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is recruiting for a Residential Home Manager to oversee a lovely family-run care home in Bolton. The role focuses on delivering person-centred care with dementia knowledge and a strong, supportive team culture.

As Home Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of care and compliance with CQC, and develop staff while building relationships with residents and families. A nursing qualification is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an elderly residential care home.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Genuine passion for person-centred care.

About the Role

You will:
