About the Home:

Specialising in nursing, respite, and dementia care, Beaumont Park is a beautiful double-fronted Victorian house that can accommodate up to 37 residents.

You will oversee all aspects of the home, including quality, governance, recruitment, retention, and financial performance, with a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building stakeholder relationships.

Previous management experience in a nursing home is essential. Ability to foster a compassionate and respectful environment is required. Commercial acumen is desirable. A qualified nurse with a valid NMC pin is a plus but not mandatory.
