Astune Rise is seeking a Home Manager Extraordinaire to lead our care home, ensuring residents receive excellent, compassionate care while delivering smooth day-to-day operations for staff and families.

You will oversee budgets, staffing, training, health and safety, and regulatory compliance, inspiring a culture of quality, growth, and outstanding service in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Care Home Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing a high-quality care service.
• In-depth knowledge of care standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage effectively and drive improvements in care provision.

Responsibilities
