Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to oversee the operations of our residential/nursing home in Sleaford. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include managing staff, budgets, and resources efficiently while maintaining a positive and motivational environment for both staff and residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the care home team to deliver high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective care delivery.
- Manage budgets and financial performance of the care home.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for staff and residents.
- Engage with residents' families and the local community.

Skills and Qualifications:
