Contracted hours: 40 Hour Contract

Responsibilities
  • To direct and support staff with the creation and maintenance of care plans and risk assessments that are “person centred” and to ensure these are followed and evaluated at regular intervals.
  • To maintain effective communication with service users and their relatives
  • To deal with complaints, grievance and disciplinary action and record appropriately making full use of our employment legal advisor where appropriate.
