We are looking for a committed Care Manager to deliver exceptional, person-centred care for older people living with dementias. The role focuses on fostering a supportive culture so that our team can provide high-quality and innovative care. This position involves managing a 38-bed elderly residential care home in Littlehampton.

You will:

  • Bring exceptional leadership;
  • Have confidence to lead and develop a team that delivers person-centred care every day;
  • Provide effective leadership and management of a dedicated staff team;
  • Work constructively with the owner to continually raise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations and champion a high standard of care;
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, Care Act 2014, MCA, and DoLS;
  • Build a compassionate culture of safety, dignity, and independence for residents;
  • Develop and inspire a committed team, providing support and clarity;
  • Actively engage with residents, families, and professionals.

About You:

  • Experienced care home leader;
  • NVQ Level 5 in Care Leadership & Management or equivalent;
  • Detailed knowledge of adult social care regulations;
  • Strong people skills and a great communicator who leads by example;
  • Experience and understanding of the specific needs of people living with dementia.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
