We have a great opportunity for a Registered Care Home Manager looking for their next career move to lead the teams and deliver outstanding care to the people living in our Ashlyn Residential Care Home in Harlow, Essex. Currently rated GOOD by CQC.

Ashlyn is a 60 bed residential home situated over two floors offering both long-term and respite care for people who require residential, residential dementia and end of life care including those who have high dependency needs. Our dedicated team, many of whom live locally pride themselves on creating a real home from home environment where residents have a sense of purpose, belonging and lead an enhanced quality of life.

About the role of Home Manager:

  • Experienced within a care home setting for older people.
  • Passion and drive to always deliver ‘outstanding’ care.
  • Previous experience as a Care Home Manager leading and developing strong teams.
  • The Homer Manage will be responsible for Registration with CQC.
  • Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sound business acumen and experience in managing budgets.
