Job description

OakRay Care is a family run business on the Isle of Wight and the New Forest, specialising in the provision of residential care for the elderly. We run high-quality care homes and are committed to making a positive difference to our residents, in every way. We currently operate four care homes; three on the Isle of Wight and one in Fordingbridge, New Forest.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Care Home Manager for our 23 bed home situated near Sandown Beach, Isle of Wight. Broadhurst Care Home is rated GOOD in all areas by the CQC, and is a family business dedicated to the highest quality care to ensure residents lead fulfilling lives in their golden years.

All our staff are dedicated and passionate which gives a real sense of community within the home. Our residents are taken on local trips and we even have children from the local school come and sing to our residents, as well as ‘Themed’ days where we support ‘Red Nose’ day and ‘Children in Need’.
