We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and nurse-qualified Home Manager to lead our 45-bed nursing home, specialising in dementia and complex care for older adults. This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of a well-supported service and drive standards of clinical excellence, care, and leadership.
About the Home:Our care home supports up to 42 residents and offers:
Residential, nursing, and dementia care (mild to moderate stages)
Palliative/End-of-life support
Day care and respite stays
Specialist care for stroke, Parkinson's, COPD, and convalescent recovery

? About the Role:As the Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the clinical and operational running of the service. You will lead a team of nurses and carers, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and promote a positive, open culture focused on dignity, choice, and quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing day-to-day operations of the home
Leading, mentoring, and developing a skilled multidisciplinary team
Ensuring excellent clinical governance and care outcomes
Managing budgets, rotas, occupancy, and audits
Maintaining strong relationships with families, professionals, and regulatory bodies
Upholding CQC standards and continuous improvement
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) - Essential
Strong background in managing or deputising in a nursing/dementia care setting
Up-to-date knowledge of care sector regulations and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Passion for high-quality elderly and dementia care
Ideally holds or is working towards Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care
