Job Responsibilities

1. Day-to-day management of the home
2. Staff management, appraisals, and training
3. Care plan development, reviews, and meetings
4. Budget management
5. Ensuring effective staff induction, supervision, mentorship, and assessment of care assistants, along with onboarding new staff
