Cinnamon is hiring a Maintenance Assistant for Parkfield Grange in Stourbridge. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, offering £13.49 per hour plus company benefits.

The successful candidate will support the Maintenance Manager to keep all areas of the home safe and comfortable for residents. Ideal candidates will have experience in general maintenance, repairs, and a flexible work schedule, including possible weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance preferred
• Flexible in working hours, may include weekends
• Hands-on team player with sound organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the home including faults or repairs within capability and company guidelines
• Support heads of departments to identify areas to improve and perform preventative maintenance to best ability
• Ensure maintenance standards are met across the home
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents, families and colleagues
• Take receipt of deliveries and store maintenance items ensuring equipment is safe and usable
