The role requires 2–3+ years in home management, budget control and knowledge of Care Standards Act; you will shape care practices, monitor compliance and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years Home Manager experience required.
• Experience caring for older adults in residential and dementia settings.
• Able to manage budgets and financial accounts.
• Familiarity with Care Standards Act and Health & Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and effective management for all home staff.
• Promote a caring environment aligned to guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the financial and commercial management of the home.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction and strong relationships with relatives, residents and external agencies.
