Job summary

The Brendoncare Foundation is seeking a motivated catering assistant to join our care home kitchens in Otterbourne. You will work alongside the Chef Manager and second chef to produce varied, nutritionally balanced meals for residents, ensuring safe, hygienic preparation.

Responsibilities include meal prep for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks; stock rotation; maintaining kitchen cleanliness; and completing HACCP records, while exceeding COSHH standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in care home catering or feeding older adults with dietary needs.
• Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP standards.
