The role leads housekeeping and laundry teams to deliver high-quality services for residents, with weekend availability preferred. The site is a remote location, and own transport is ideal.

The position involves delivering a high-quality cleaning and laundry service, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe, hygienic environment for residents at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous expereince in provision of Houskeeping Services.
• Stock control experience.
• General administration and IT proficiency is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality cleaning and laundry services, maintaining a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Engage regularly with residents to meet individual needs with minimal disruption.
• Ensure all laundry is processed to a high standard, including washing, drying, and ironing of clothing and linens.
• Supervise and support the housekeeping team, including rota planning, training, recruitment, and performance management.
• Manage stock, supplies, and equipment effectively, ensuring safe use, proper storage, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and audit housekeeping standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulations, and reporting incidents, concerns, or improvements.
