Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Housekeeping to lead a dedicated team in a care home. You’ll be hands-on, actively cleaning with the team and setting the example to maintain the highest standards across all rooms and living spaces.

Experience in care home, hospital or hotel housekeeping is advantageous. A caring nature and strong communication will help you motivate staff and engage with residents and relatives to deliver quality care.
