Job summary

Bupa's Freelands Croft Care Home in Fleet is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team and maintain exceptionally clean, welcoming spaces for residents. You will work with maintenance and management to keep rooms and communal areas pristine and safe.

This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week, with a pay range of £13.20–£14.20 per hour. You’ll be responsible for staff rotas, training, and ensuring stock is managed efficiently, all in a caring, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping with high standards.
• Strong communication and leadership to supervise a team.
• Able to prioritise tasks and work independently with residents in mind.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the home.
• Lead and manage a team of housekeepers and laundry assistants.
