Barchester Care Home is seeking a General Assistant to support residents with daily tasks spanning housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and catering. You'll help create a warm, homely environment and put residents first through reliable, compassionate service.

No two days are the same, with varied duties and opportunities for training. You’ll build positive relationships with residents and colleagues, while gaining skills through the home's development programme.

Qualificações

• Reliable and compassionate with a patient approach.
• Willingness to help with housekeeping, laundry and catering duties.
• Training provided to develop skills and support residents.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents with daily activities and personal care as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the home.
• Assist with catering and housekeeping tasks as part of a supportive team.
