Care UK is seeking a Receptionist to warmly welcome visitors, manage inquiries, and direct guests within a friendly care home environment. You will handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and assist with standard office tasks, including payroll and recruitment processes.

• Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
• Greet visitors with a courteous telephone manner and reply promptly to email enquiries
• Ensure the visitors book is completed properly and visitors are supported and directed to their destination promptly
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues
• Support with general office duties such as payroll, and recruitment & selection
