Role Description

This is a full-time mobile role for a Care Home Fitness Instructor. The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for driving around Yorkshire (around 300 miles a week, mileage compensated) from care home to care home leading and developing group exercise sessions, providing personalised training programs, and ensuring the safety and well-being of participants. Additionally, the Fitness Instructor will engage with customers, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to enhancing the fitness and overall well-being of residents in care homes.

You’ll be offered a flexible contract, with around 30+ hours per week, depending on availability and scheduling needs. This allows for a degree of flexibility while ensuring a regular and meaningful workload across care homes in the region.

Understanding of the Fitness Industry
