Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited is recruiting a Maintenance Officer to keep Heathbrea House in Camborne, Cornwall, clean and well maintained for residents and staff. The role involves health and safety compliance, liaising with the Home Manager, and overseeing grounds, repairs, and contractor visits.

Hours are 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties in emergencies. Salary £16.14 per hour.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a care or similar setting.
• Knowledge of health and safety, COSHH, and fire safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks across the home.
• Ensure statutory safety requirements are met.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Maintain grounds and garden areas.
• Support on-call emergencies as needed.
