Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Driver to support our care home by transporting residents, staff and visitors. You will be responsible for timely journeys and ensuring vehicles are clean and roadworthy.

Applicants should have a clean driving licence and a commitment to high standards of care, cleanliness and safety, with NVQ Level 2 Health & Safety, COSHH and infection control training preferred.

Qualifications

• Clean driving licence and commitment to high standards of care, support and cleanliness.
• NVQ Level 2 Health & Safety recommended.
• COSHH and infection control training required or desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents, staff and visitors between locations as needed.
• Keep all vehicles clean and roadworthy.
• Interact with residents and staff during journeys.
