Care Home Deputy Manager – Residential & Dementia Care

Location: Southampton

Salary: £27k-£29k + Benefits

We’re seeking an experienced care home deputy manager to join a respected, family-run residential and dementia care home known for its warmth, quality, and exceptional standards. As a deputy manager, you’ll support the Registered Manager in leading a dedicated care team, ensuring residents receive the highest level of person-centred care. You’ll help oversee daily operations, compliance, staff development, and resident wellbeing.
