You will supervise staff, uphold the highest standards of resident care, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, while fostering strong relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Qualified RGN/RMN with NMC PIN and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Background in person-centred care planning.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager with day-to-day operations of the care home.
• Lead and coach staff to deliver high standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate regulations and company policies.
