Deputy Manager Care Home

Location: RH16 Haywards Heath West Sussex

Salary: £55/60k per annum(Dependent on experience)

Are you an experienced deputy looking to work in a superb and luxurious medium sized residential and dementia care home in West Sussex?

Our client is a residential and dementia care home in a lovely location that is part of a growing and well regarded care home group . Every room has been designed to offer maximum luxury and comfort, regardless of age or physical ability.

The Role

The care home are looking for a leader of people, who has been a successful manager or experienced deputy manager in a care home for older people, preferably someone with experience of good and outstanding practice already.

They want someone who knows high standards and who can deliver them through a team of dedicated carers.

This is a superb role for an experienced care manager who understands high care standards and wants the resources to be able to deliver that.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ideally Level 5 (Or willingness to undertake this)
