Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager to help deliver high-quality care across our Wirral site. You will support the General Manager, step in during their absence, and lead a multidisciplinary team to uphold outstanding care standards and resident wellbeing.

You will monitor quality through audits, supervise clinical practice and ensure regulatory compliance, while developing and delivering strategies to meet goals in a compassionate, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience helping residents with varying health needs and safeguarding investigations.
• Experience in clinical risk assessments and budget management.
• HR experience, sales and marketing knowledge desirable.
• Compassionate, resilient and capable of delivering quality care.

About You

To join us as a Care Home Deputy Manager you'll need experience in helping residents with different health needs and a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. We'll also look for some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing and an understanding of budget management. Finally, you'll be compassionate, resilient and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.
