As the Care Home Deputy Manager at Tewkesbury Fields, you'll support the delivery of high-quality care and take on leadership duties in the General Manager's absence. You'll inspire a multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life, setting the highest standards and developing strategies to achieve your goals.
