As the Care Home Deputy Manager, your focus will be to support the General Manager in running a compliant and effective person-centred care home. This will involve providing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring medication policies and procedures are adhered to, monitoring resident wellbeing, completing audits and reports, and attending weekly clinical meetings.
