Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is hiring a Cook at Wytham Lodge care home in Burnley. You will prepare, cook and serve nutritious meals for people we support, while developing menus to meet dietary needs and gathering feedback to improve offerings.

The role emphasises high standards of food hygiene, teamwork and flexible, friendly engagement with residents and colleagues. Training and induction are provided, with opportunities to progress within a growing national care provider.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cook or chef in a care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of healthy, nutritious meals for adults.
• Understanding of dietary requirements and menu development.
• Strong communication with residents and colleagues.
