With senior-level care experience, you'll lead and supervise a team of Carers and Senior Carers, ensuring person-centred care and support. The role involves clinical responsibilities like recording observations and carrying out simple wound dressings, while building key relationships internally and externally.

Across everything you do, you'll be a role model for your team and someone our residents and their families can trust to provide a safe, reassuring and happy environment.
