Job summary

Highgate Care is seeking a Chef/Cook for The Grange in Darlington. This permanent, full-time role involves planning, preparing and cooking nutritious meals tailored to residents' preferences and dietary needs, while following the Good Food Guide and HACCP standards.

You will lead the Kitchen Team, deliver training, conduct appraisals, and support residents and families through the catering service. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and a warm, positive team player mindset.
