Job summary

KPI Hospitality are seeking a Relief Chef for our client in Dumfries to start immediately. This ad-hoc role offers flexible hours in a community-focused kitchen, serving multiple clients and requiring PVG clearance or willingness to apply.

You will deliver healthy, cost-effective menus, maintain high hygiene standards, and work well with volunteers and staff. English communication is essential, and you will join a welcoming team that values teamwork and commitment to quality.

Our client is a welcoming space where good food brings people together. Were now looking for a Relief Chef to support their kitchen as and when required, serving a number of clients. PVG required or willing to apply.

About the role

As a Relief Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering healthy, cost-effective menus that meet a range of dietary and nutritional needs. You'll work in a commercial kitchen environment, ensuring excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times, and leaving the kitchen clean, organised, and ready for service.
