Package Description: Please note - you will need a CHAPS Qualification for this role. This is a Nights Role Care Home Assistant Practitioner (CHAPs). You will collaboratively work alongside our fully trained Nurses to support and assist with the day to day nursing needs of our residents, thus allowing our Nurses the time and resource to tend to the needs of the more complex nursing requirements of some of our residents.
