The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in supporting the physical, mental, and emotional needs of the residents, working collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver the highest quality, personalized care.

Main duties of the job

As a Care Home Assistant Practitioner (CHAPS), you will work alongside the nursing team to assist with the day-to-day nursing needs of the residents, allowing the nurses to focus on more complex medical requirements.
