Main duties of the jobAs a Care Home Assistant Practitioner (CHAPS), you will work alongside the nursing team to assist with the day-to-day nursing needs of the residents, allowing the nurses to focus on more complex medical requirements. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including helping to maintain the identity and dignity of the residents, while also cooperating with colleagues, family members, and external professionals to create a supportive and inclusive 'care community'.
