South Coast Nursing Homes in Worthing, West Sussex, are seeking a Home Administrator for Eastridge Manor in Bolney near Haywards Heath. The role involves providing administrative support to ensure smooth running and high standards of care for residents.

You will manage emails, calls, admissions and occupancy, resident accounts, payroll/HR data and rota administration, enabling the care team to focus on residents. 40 hours weekly, with career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration role within a busy environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
• Experience with payroll, accounts and rotas is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and in-house software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager in all administrative tasks.
• Handle emails, postal correspondence and telephone enquiries.
• Maintain admission and occupancy records.
• Monitor resident accounts and payroll/HR information processing.
• Administer rotas and time-attendance system.
