Job summary

OSJCT Group is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator in Purton, Swindon. The role covers 28 hours per week with a 9am–4pm pattern across 4 days, including alternate weekends. You will create and deliver a dynamic activities programme to stimulate residents and support independence.

You will work closely with care teams to engage residents, encourage family involvement, and help bring the community in to enhance activities.

Qualifications

• Experience creating, organising and delivering events for residents.
• Experience working with elderly people in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver an ongoing programme of activities and events for residents.
• Engage residents to promote independence and tailor activities to individual needs.
• Work with the team to involve relatives and the local community in activities.
