We're hiring a Care Farm Manager

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and autism?

Do you have a passion for community-driven initiatives? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

As the Farm Manager, you will work closely with the Enterprise Manager to deliver and maximise the outcomes of each enterprise, aligning and delivering a shared vision across the site. You will provide leadership and overall day-to-day management of the farm site and enterprises.

  • Represent the farm in stakeholder engagements, forming effective partnerships to promote the farm and Brandon Trust.
  • Organise events and activities to promote the farm’s mission, including participation in national schemes like Open Farm Sunday and Get Going Trail.
  • Lead and support the team effectively, fostering cooperation and a supportive environment.
