Care Expert/Marketing- Mornings, Evening and Weekend

What does the role involve?

Needs to be a driver

Prior experience is desirable but not essential as full paid training is provided.

However, it is essential that you are a car driver due to the nature of the work as this is a community based role.

What you do out in the community on a daily basis, doesn't go unnoticed. As a care expert you make such a difference to the lives of the people you visit.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing activities and outreach efforts when required.
  • Able to cover colleagues absence in short notice.
  • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Administer medication and monitor clients' health.
  • Assist with mobility and physical exercises.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Care Expert or in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full paid training is provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekend.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare are a plus.

Available working hours are - 07:00am - 10:00pm; Every Weekend

Salary: £13.00 to £13.65 /hour
