Job summary

Regen:FX Youth Trust is recruiting a Care Experienced Youth Navigator to join The GIVIT Youth Recovery Service. This role delivers intensive, relationship-based support to care-experienced young people aged 13–25 affected by alcohol and substance use, helping them overcome barriers and achieve meaningful recovery outcomes.

You will build trusted relationships, manage a caseload, and work with partners to advocate for young people, while maintaining records and contributing to ongoing service

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people affected by alcohol and/or drug use.
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and manage a caseload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and IT competency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and group support to care experienced young people.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
• Manage a small but complex caseload.
• Develop Personal Recovery Support Plans and Risk Assessments.
• Deliver harm reduction, brief interventions, and motivational support.
• Collaborate with young people to set and pursue realistic goals.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings and CPD.
