Overview

Deputy Manager – Leigh-on-Sea. 40 hours per week. Rate: £15 per hour.

Join our luxury portfolio of care homes that provide residential, dementia, physical disability, and sensory impairment (visual/hearing) support. Our homes have a strong CQC record and we pride ourselves on exceptional standards of care.

Role Overview

As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Manager to ensure the smooth running of our home. You'll support a dedicated team, uphold high standards of care, and enhance residents\' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily operational management and staff supervision
  • Maintain and exceed CQC compliance standards
  • Support effective care delivery for residents with dementia, physical disabilities, and sensory needs
  • Oversight of care planning, medication administration, and resident wellbeing
  • Mentor and develop team members through training and coaching
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or similar Team Leader role in care
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality care standards
  • Compassionate, professional, and team-focused
  • Experience working with dementia, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments
  • Valid right to work in the UK
