Job description

A Company located in West London, near Hanger Lane and Park Royal, in the NW10 area, is seeking Full-Time or Part-Time Care Coordinators for Domiciliary Care and Supported Living projects/schemes in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, South West London. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Essential Requirements:
  • Experience managing or working as a Domiciliary Care Coordinator, Supported Living Care Coordinator, or in Respite Care Home settings for adults aged 18-60, including those who are elderly, have learning difficulties, autism, or challenging behaviours.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external professionals such as social services, brokerage teams, service users/clients, referral centres, local authorities, and government agencies.
  • Health & Social Care NVQ Level 3 or working towards this qualification.
  • Good administrative skills and understanding of office routines.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and capable of maintaining accurate records.
  • Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Experience with daily office duties.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and databases.
  • Ability to work to deadlines with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent people and customer care skills.
  • Experience conducting appraisals and staff supervision.
  • Flexibility, honesty, discretion, and trustworthiness.
