Ideal candidates have care coordination or scheduling experience, excellent communication, and a driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in care coordination or scheduling.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Driver with access to a vehicle.
• Knowledge of domiciliary care regulations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage care staff schedules for efficient service delivery.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and care professionals.
• Monitor care provision and respond to changes in client needs.
• Support supervision of care staff.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with on-call duties as required.
