An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Scheduler/Care Coordinator to enhance the lives of seniors in the community. This part-time role, transitioning to full-time, is crucial for ensuring clients receive top-notch care. Our office was established in Leeds and our mission is to brighten the lives of seniors giving them a sense of purpose, wellbeing & worth. This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business.
This is a part-time position with a three-month probationary period (which may be extended). The role is expected to transition to full-time after the probation, so applicants must be available to move to full-time hours.
Salary: £14,000 – £24,000 per year, depending on experience and hours.
The Scheduler/Care Coordinator is responsible for scheduling Care Professionals’ visits to our Clients. This role is vital to ensuring that our Clients receive the very best care and support.
The Scheduler/Care Coordinator will be expected to perform a variety of duties, including organising all rotas and making sure that all Care Professionals and Clients are aware of their working schedules. Strong personal skills are essential as the role involves liaison with the whole team to ensure clients’ needs are met.
The Care Coordinator works closely with and reports directly to the Care Manager. One of the main duties of this job is to handle the assigned administrative work in a timely and efficient manner.
