A healthcare provider is seeking an enthusiastic care coordinator/receptionist for part-time work at Colne Medical Centre in Brightlingsea. Responsibilities include booking appointments, answering patient queries, and liaising with patients. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and IT skills, with a good standard of education. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and pro-active care coordinator/receptionist to join the team based in Colne Medical Centre in Brightlingsea. The role is offered on a part-time basis for 16 hours a week.
You will be joining an enthusiastic team of clinicians, receptionists and administrators and will be well supported. The role will contribute to the improving quality of care of our patients across the network of practices.
The successful applicant will need to have flexibility to cover other shifts as required.

The Colte Partnership is a GP partnership, formed in June 2017. It brought together 9 local GP surgeries across Colchester and Tendring, serving approx. 95,000 patients. With the combined workforce, skills and knowledge, we are in a unique position to assist our patients across the county.
As well as general practice, we offer Extended Access appointments to enable all of our patients to access medical care at evening and weekends; we work collaboratively with external agencies to provide in home services and Social Prescribing; we are working to be at the forefront of clinical research; and have many more exciting ventures on the horizon.
