Position: Care Coordinator - Out of Hours
Type: Permanent, Full Time (42 hours/week)
Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shifts (2 days 07:00-19:00, 2 nights 19:00-07:00)
Salary: £26,208 per annum

Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for clients and candidates, handling routine and complex requests and providing support
- Ensure clients' clinical and social needs are met by selecting and maintaining suitable nurses or carers
- Plan rotas and assess nurses’ suitability and availability for shifts
- Collaborate with clinical and remote teams to ensure administrative compliance with CQC requirements
