Job description

A leading care provider in Liverpool is looking to recruit 2 Care Co-ordinators to join their rapidly expanding team on a full-time basis.

About the Care Coordinator role and what the client is offering:

• A competitive annual salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience.
• A permanent, full-time contract
• Working 40 hours a week, shifts across Monday - Sunday 7am - 10pm
• Occupational maternity pay, adoption pay & paternity pay
• Occupational sick pay and death in service payment

All the above subject to terms and conditions. As a Care Coordinator, you will support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by line managing care workers, including some field-based work, carrying out a range of functions in the field, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction, and support of care workers. Due to the field-based elements of the role, you must be a driver with your own vehicle.
